But during the course of making my album I learned the power of subtlety and restraint. I always gravitated toward brighter colors in the past, that was my way of expressing myself that feels like who I am. Obviously color has always been a huge part of my voice, and the way that I communicate. Living in New Orleans and being immersed in the color palette of the city while I was making this record made me begin to see color in another way. Tell us about the use of color in the video.
